Eterspire has rolled out on of its biggest update of the year with version 54.0. It’s called Mirages of the Isle of Mist with the new addition being the Isle of Mist. There are more things to look forward to in this update for players.
One of the best things about this game is that the devs are quite consistent with the updates. They roll out a new update almost every fortnight. The last update, version 53.0 focussing on the Bastion Challenge, was launched on June 16th.
Here are the full details on Eterspire Update 54.0
The Isle of Mist is a sprawling new map in the Island Cluster. Players between levels 100 and 115 will be able to access it. It also marks the game’s improved map creation systems, with bigger and more ambitious environments in future updates. The Isle of Mist has a foggy atmosphere and tons of hidden secrets.
The latest cosmetic lootbox in the Eterspire Store is called Necrotic Arcana. There, you’ll find outfits inspired by necromancers to dress in ominous style. It’s a fun way letting you express your love for the darker side of fantasy.
The Eterspire Update 54.0 has also introduced a batch of changes. Now, you’ll spot an ‘Add X’ button in the trade window. They’ve also added a new indicator that shows where off-screen enemies attacking you are coming from.
Meanwhile, enemies won’t regenerate health when they’re focused on you. And you won’t heal up if an enemy is still targeting you, making each encounter more tactical. Also, improved mob positioning across several maps promises fewer awkward standoffs.
The Cartesian Spire has also received a new name. It’s now officially called the Cartesian Tower, adding a touch of thematic consistency.
What Else Is New?
If you love Eterspire for more than its gameplay (music, anyone?), then Update 54.0 has something for that too. Music lovers can enjoy two new additions to the Eterspire Original Soundtrack on YouTube. They’re the themes from Eternal Moonlit Bastion and the Bastion Challenge.
