Golf Skies is a Casual Golf Game Featuring Planetoids

Golf Skies, from developer Starpolygon, is in interesting-looking casual golf game with a gravitational twist on everybody’s favourite way to ruin a good walk.

Of course, every golf game features gravity, but the gravity in Golf Skies is more intense. The aim of the game is to steer your little golf ball around an array of extremely dense – and yet cool enough to support life – planetoids with their own gravitational fields.

That means pulling back to set the power and letting go to launch your ball into the air. Once it’s aloft, you can steer it telekinetically until your stamina runs out.

Everything you’d expect to find in a golf game is here, including bunkers, fairways, rough, trees, water traps, and so on, but they’re all attached to circular floating bodies. There are birds, too.

Golf Skies boasts six courses, leaderboards, achievements, power-ups, cloud saving. We can’t say whether it’s any good, because it isn’t out yet, but you can pre-register for Golf Skies right now on the Google Play Store.
