HeyZap expands its mobile gaming partnership with 12 new companies

HeyZap has announced today that it has expanded it’s partnerships by adding 12 new major game developers to their list of partners. For those of you unfamiliar with what HeyZap is, it is a mobile game network where you can check-in with games you play, similar to services like Foursqaure, and share them with friends.

The application will not only let you share what you are playing now with friends, checking in like a FourSquare service, but also allow you to see what your friends are currently playing as well. Like any check-in service as well, it comes with badges you get to unlock. One thing though that is unique to HeyZap is the fact you can share gaming tips with other people, almost like a forum in a way.

Here are the new 12 partners:

– Spacetime Studios
– Nubee
– PocketGems
– Bionic Panda Games
– Magma Mobile
– Digital Chocolate
– GameDuell
– Animoca
– Fluik
– Get Set Games
– BBC
– Vostu

A lot of these new partners are pretty big names with lots of popular games now integrated with HeyZap in one fashion or another. Heyzap Announces 12 New Mobile Gaming Partners

Heyzap, the world’s largest mobile gaming network, has expanded its list of partners to include 12 of the mobile gaming industry’s top developers.

This announcement adds Spacetime Studios, Nubee, PocketGems, Bionic Panda Games, Magma Mobile, GameDuell, Digital Chocolate, Animoca, Fluik, Get Set Games, the BBC, and Vostu to the list of developers who have integrated Heyzap’s free SDK into their games. Available for both iOS and Android, the Heyzap SDK allows users to share their gaming activity and achievements with their friends by “checking in” to games.

Heyzap’s partners cite a number of reasons for implementing Heyzap’s social SDK.

“Heyzap was easy to integrate and a good way to boost installs,” says Andy Smith, Production manager at Get Set Games.

PocketGems also cited Heyzap’s simple integration process and high quality users as reasons to integrate.Co-Founder Harlan Crystal states that “Heyzap was super quick to install; we did it in minutes. The users were also really high quality.”

Veteran game developer Digital Chocolate praised Heyzap’s flexible UI in addition to the volume of traffic Heyzap drives to their flagship game “Millionaire City.” “Heyzap provides the best UI in the space and was able to generate noticeable lift,” says Jason Loia, Digital Chocolate’s COO.

Integrating the SDK has enabled partners like Nubee to utilize Heyzap’s social analytics dashboard, allowing them to track statistics like check-ins and Facebook shares for each one of their games. Developers can also take full advantage of the Heyzap app, which increases user engagement and retention with social features like live chat, tips, and badges.

The 12 developers listed below represent approximately 1% of Heyzap’s total developer base, which includes more than 800 mobile game developers who have integrated the Heyzap SDK into their games.
