Wholesome Games Presents and Poti Poti Studios are bringing a fun game to mobile, called Is This Seat Taken? It’s a logic puzzle game where social dynamics are your biggest puzzle piece. It’s also coming to Steam for PC players.

They’ve planned a public Steam demo for the game on February 10th. Developed by Poti Poti Studios and published by Wholesome Games Presents, the game will probably land on Android later this year.

It’s a Comedy!

At the heart of the game is Nat, an aspiring actor who finally sees someone like them on the big screen. That single moment sparks a whirlwind journey across the globe as they try to meet their idol and figure out how they fit into the world.

The game has different levels where every level has a different scenario. You’ll work in packed movie theatres to chaotic wedding receptions where you’ll need to arrange people in the perfect spots. With each level, you unlock new settings and scenarios, from taxi rides to full-blown banquets.

Everyone in this game has their very specific preferences. The music lover blasting their tunes are probably not the best seatmate for the exhausted traveller trying to catch some sleep. Someone with a sensitive nose won’t appreciate sitting next to the person who bathed in cologne.

So, basically, Is This Seat Taken? is all about figuring out who goes where so that nobody starts throwing death glares at their neighbour. I can feel what it must be like to be an event manager just by reading about the game.

On Mobile, Is This Seat Taken? Will Have a Variety of Hilarious Situations

The game has no timers or leaderboards. It’s just some fun, cosy puzzle-solving as you navigate different personalities and their hilarious demands. You will play a matchmaker, kind of. Each level brings bigger challenges and even more ridiculous seating dilemmas.

Right now, there isn’t any mobile (Play Store) page up yet for Is This Seat Taken? You can however find out more about the game by checking out its official Steam page.
