Kemco releases their newest retro-style RPG onto Android today called Justice Chronicles

Kemco, the developers who specialize in releasing retro-style RPG titles onto mobile devices, has released their newest game onto Android today called Justice Chronicles. In this new game you will be taking control of Kline, who sets out to go undercover in the enemy territory called Laft because of planned invasion by his native lands called Illumica.

When Kline ends up in Laft, he finds that the lands have already been war-torn because of a new race of monsters called Vasists. Invading the land of Laft would put his home land of Illumica right into the hands of this new race of monsters. In the middle of discovering all of this, including current battles still waging in Laft, he decides to make the most logical decision anyone would make. He decides to abandon his missing to save a young girl he spotted who’s life was in danger.

Justice Chronicles Features:

– 40+ hours of gameplay
– Beautiful SNES-like 8bit dot artworks and animated turn-based battles
– Innovative Command Palette battle system designed for touch screen interfaces
– Contract Guardian Beasts and High Beasts to take advantages in battles
– Partona (bonds) system between allies, Guardian Beasts and High Beasts
– Engage in a numbers of sub-quests

This particular game features a lot of mechanics that seem to be inspired but older Final Fantasy games. Players will be able to ‘contract’ different guardian beasts to help them in battle, and also the ability to obtain new skills using ‘Magic Meteorites’, similar to Materia in Final Fantasy. Players will also be able to collect materials and craft new stronger weapons. The guardian beasts you can contract also have a bonding system where they can bond with different characters in your group, boosting their abilities and powers when with that particular hero.

Justice Chronicles is now available on Google Play for $3.99 with optional IAPs as well. The IAPs are completely optional as anyone who purchases this game can play through it right to the end without spending any additional money. Kemco offers up additional content like special dungeons with their IAP system in their games lately. One of items to note is that Justice Chronicles is also optimized for use with controllers. This is something that Kemco has just recently started doing.
