Neon Spellstorm has officially launched on multiple platforms, including Android. You’ll be diving into a collapsing neon pathway where every second counts and magic is the only thing keeping danger at bay.
It’s indeed a Neon Spellstorm
You get to play the role of one of six wizards with distinct signature abilities. You’ll be navigating a low-tech cyberpunk world where voxel terrain crumbles beneath your feet. Battles are chaotic, debris flies in all directions, and spells reshape the ground you stand on.
The game depends a lot on experimentation and replayability. You can chain-cast 28 spells with unique effects. There’s Echo for duplicating casts, Behemoth for enlarging their impact, Havoc for chaotic damage and Renew for recovery. You can also get your hands on Multicast for rapid fire, Aftershock for delayed destruction, and more.
There are 74 trinkets as well that can be combined in countless ways, while the gear system is procedurally generated. Neon Spellstorm has meta-currencies like Orbs, Stars, Gems, and the rare Neon that allow for permanent progression through the Neon Core. It further unlocks new spells, abilities, and traits.
Every run begins with strategic choices
You select spells, Fates, Archetypes, and Sigils before starting, then adapt to branching zones that offer different challenges and rewards. Defeating the Neon Lord concludes a run, along with increasing the Storm Level.
Visually, Neon Spellstorm blends 2D sprites for characters, spells, and effects with low-poly 3D terrain, creating a distinctive 2.5D world. Watch it in this trailer for yourself!

Over the coming months, free updates will expand the game with an alternate final boss, the Viking Puppetmaster, endgame Core Nodes for Flask and Dash upgrades, new Challenge Portals and more.
