Last week saw the release of a new space-themed arcade shooter called Star Splitter 3D. Developed by StepGames Inc, this game is all about shooting down your enemies in space while trying to earn enough money for additional upgrades to your ship. Your goal, free the world of the alien invasion that happened.
Storyline aside, Star Splitter 3D features some rather slick 3D visuals to enjoy while blasting your enemies out of space. You will be completing tasks for mega corporations and secret agencies who are battling it out against the alien forces trying to control your planet. As you complete these missions, you will earn money which you can then use to outfit your ship with the latest and greatest in space weaponry.
While we usually post a features list at the point, Star Splitter 3D has quite the set of features which would make for a rather long list. What we can tell you is that this game comes with over 60 different missions to complete and over 80 different pieces of equipment to outfit your ship with. You will have everything from lasers to missiles, special armor and companion droids to help you out. You can even purchase super-weapons should you feel like blowing everything out of the sky in one shot.
For those of you who are interested in checking out this game, you can do so by downloading it off of the Google Play store for free. One thing to note though, while the entire game is pretty solid, the controls can be a bit difficult to get used to. That shouldn’t matter too much since the game is free after all so you won’t lose any money should you not be able to get used to them.
