Neowiz just dropped a new update for Oh My Anne with content from Rilla’s Storybook. The game is inspired by Anne of Green Gables, the 1908 novel by Canadian author Lucy Maud Montgomery. The new update will let you explore stories Anne tells her daughter, Rilla.

More About Rilla’s Storybook in Oh My Anne

The new content is bringing more to the game’s world with a nostalgic twist on the classic novel. The update adds a new storyline called The Secret of the Mansion. It followes Anne, her best friend Diana, and Diana’s sister Minnie May on an adventure filled with mystery and heartwarming moments.

What’s cool is that this storyline was picked based on player feedback from a recent social poll. Neowiz plans to keep adding more community-supported content in the future too, which is definitely appealing.

To unlock Rilla’s Storybook, you’ll need to earn in-game currency in Oh My Anne by playing match-3 puzzles. Once unlocked, the stories are saved in a book format, so you can revisit them anytime. However, the new content is only available until April 16th.

Get Oh My Anne from the Google Play Store to dive into Rilla’s Storybook. There are also some exclusive item coupons up for grabs through the game’s official Instagram. So, do check it out while you’re at it.

It’s a mix of match-3 puzzles and cosy home design. Developed by Neowiz’s Round8 studio, the game reimagines the world of Anne of Green Gables with storytelling, decorating and social features.

The game lets you design the interior and garden of Green Gables, collect different outfits for Anne, and connect with others through club content. It’s pretty interesting to see how a book that’s over a century old is still inspiring new content in modern games.
