Old School RuneScape is gearing up for a Bingo-inspired event called Grid Master. Jagex has revealed the new limited-time community event, which will begin on October 15th, 2025, and will run until November 12th.

The setup revolves around a 7×7 grid with challenges across different parts of the game. Each tile could involve boss fights, skilling, quests, minigames, or other tasks. Clearing one helps you progress across the board and also hands out rewards like relics, XP boosts, or quest completions.

On the other hand, clearing an entire row or column unlocks bigger rewards to help you through the remaining tiles. Every task finished also adds Grid Points, a special event currency that you can spend on exclusive cosmetic items once the event wraps up.

Jagex has set it up with an in-game interface that feels like a proper bingo card. It’s up to each player to decide the route they want to take across it. It’s challenging, with a bit of theory-crafting. Catch a glimpse of the upcoming event right here!

Do you play the game for free?

The good news is that Old School RuneScape has also included free-to-play players for Grid Master. They’ll have their own set of event worlds with a handful of tile challenges and some of the same powerful rewards. Members, of course, will have the full experience available.

Apparently, Jagex plans to poll the bingo grid system for permanent implementation in the main game worlds later on. The idea is that players would eventually be able to design their own custom grids, create unique task lists, and share them with others.

For now, though, it remains a temporary event that will capture the feeling of clan bingo and the fast-paced grind of Leagues in a completely new format. You can find the game on the Google Play Store.
