Hot off their successful Angry Birds Space release a few weeks back, Rovio turned their head towards their OG older title. Over the weekend the company released an update called “Surf and Turf ” comprising of 15 brand spanking new beach inspired levels, just in time for the warmer weather.
Not much has changed gameplay-wise. You’ll once again flick your ever furious winged creatures at the egg stealing pigs and attempt to get a 3 star rating. I give Rovio credit in their effort to support older tittles with new levels. While not a majorly Angry Birds fan myself, I can definitely see the appeal. Specially when new content are available every few month, hooking many back in. While it seems the company is looking to visit every single environment under the sun, it’ll be a long time before the Bird fever will end.
