Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone’s fighting fantasy gamebook The Warlock of Firetop Mountain has come along way since its 1982 release. After a re-release, a board game, and even a first-person Nintendo DS version Tin Man Games took it to a whole new level after successfully funding a Kickstarter campaign to make it a tabletop video game. Once that did well on Steam, they brought it to mobile markets via iOS, but the rest of us need not worry too much as there is hope that we too may share in the glorious quest for the warlock Zagor’s treasure of untold wealth.

Single handedly bring victory in the Pacific theatre of World War 2 in Capcom’s 1942, now out on Google Play
Released by Capcom, 1941 is a top down, bullet hell style game that’s been release on to Android. Players are tasked with piloting the “Super Ace” (akin to a P-38 Lightning), and will be flying sorties over the Pacific Ocean, in World War 2.
Just over a month ago, hot on the heels of the Ashworld announcement, OrangePixel also teased a complete remake of the 2011 platformer game Meganoid. In that span, the development has rocketed through production and already has a release date.

Nexon Mobile has released their gorgeous new puzzle game on Android devices. After the End: Forsaken Destiny is a visually stunning game reminiscent of Journey by way of Monument Valley. Players take on the dual roles of a father and son, separated by time, exploring the ancient world and on a mysterious journey trying to reconnect with each other through parallel stories.
A young Polish indie developer named Adrian is currently making a gorgeous pixel-art one-tap platformer called Yeah Bunny. Following a release on iOS, he’ll be focusing on making a version for Android and a release on the Google Play store.
