Pikmin Bloom is bringing its year-end tradition. With Christmas coming up, it’s time for the Pikmin Bloom 2025 Ornament Decor Pikmin! The game is lining up a Holiday Event running from December 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.
The team is gifting a special Gold Seedling!
Alongside the December rollout, Pikmin Bloom also added another announcement that arrives just a bit earlier. Every player is set to receive a special Gold Seedling delivered directly to their home screen.
The Decor Pikmin grown from the Gold Seedling is to celebrate the short movie Pikmin Close to You. It gives you a bonus collectible before the winter event even starts. Anyone who launches the app at least once on November 27th, 2025, will be granted the Gold Seedling automatically.
The new event in Pikmin Bloom is obviously all about the new 2025 Ornament Decor Pikmin!
It’s the time of the year when cities are full of colourful decorations. Even Ice Pikmin can sprout these seasonal looks. Ball Ornament and Mitten Decor Pikmin are also returning, if you enjoy expanding your Decor collections during longer year-end walks.
The random rewards pool includes Snow Crystals, the seedlings that eventually grow into 2025 Ornament Decor Pikmin. And along with them are flower petals and a selection of other items that rotate through the reward table.
The Big Flower positioned at the centre of the stage acts as the reliable part of the system. Every time it blooms, you receive a guaranteed Gold Seedling in addition to whatever random drops you earn.
And not to forget, there are Bizarre Mushrooms scattered around the map. Destroying them yields Mystery Boxes containing Snow Crystals, seedlings for Ball Ornament Decor Pikmin, and various extra materials. And as usual in Pikmin Bloom, the 2025 Ornament, Ball Ornament, and Mitten Decor Pikmin perform the best against these mushrooms.
