GungHo Entertainment has pushed out an update for their popular Puzzle-RPG title Puzzle & Dragons which adds a whole new multiplayer mode to the game. With this new mode, two players can join forces to take on dungeons in a co-op style of multiplayer gameplay.
Since this new modes requires more than one person to play, that means there’s new dungeons as well designed just for the new multiplayer co-op gameplay. However, not everyone can access these new dungeons. Players will need to be at least Rank 150 in order to be able to enter these new dungeons. If you’re strong enough, you can invite another player to join you in taking down the multiplayer dungeon you have chosen to do.
How the gameplay works is that both players will alternate turns when fighting against enemies. This also means you will both be sharing in any setbacks that you may encounter in your dungeon, but you will also be sharing in the rewards. The rewards will be big in order to ensure both players get some good items. These dungeons can also be done solo, the hardest ones absolutely will need two players to complete them.
In total, there are 22 new co-op dungeons added to Puzzle & Dragons with this update. One other thing to note, both players will be sharing the same single life meter. So you will definitely need to keep an eye on that. This update is now available for download off of Google Play and Amazon Appstore.
