The Puzzle & Dragons x Chainsaw Man collab kicks off today across the JP servers. As usual, all the best collaborations are Japan exclusives given this game isn’t even Global yet. This event is crammed with CSM references and all-new illustrations of the familiar faces from the hit series.

Kick Back – Here’s The Details

I hope you got that intro reference from the headline. Anyway, this event rolls out in two halves with characters appearing within both banners. Players participating in the event get double the chances across both banners to obtain major role characters such as Denji, Makima, Power and Aki. Alongside secondary characters from Chainsaw Man, mixed in with game characters from Puzzle & Dragons.

Titled “Chainsaw Man Collaboration Super God Festival”, this event lets players perform spins with magical stones. I’m not going to list each character and their star ranking, but you can check out the details for yourself on the collab website!

The Puzzle & Dragons x Chainsaw Man Features

Characters aren’t all players are faced with. This event brings all-new dungeons for you to take your new units out for a spin within. Clearing levels will award players with “Pochita Medals” which can be exchanged at the Monster Exchange for limited-time characters and other goodies.

Dungeons also have the rare chance to drop enemies from Season 1 from the Bat Devi, Katana Devil, and Akane with her Snake Devil. If you need another reason to participate in the dungeons then know that clearing the dungeon before the event expires will grant you the “Pochita” game title!

Monster Exchange

Trailing back to the Monster Exchange. This area of the event lets you swap in Pochita Medals obtained in dungeons to get new kits and characters. This is also where the first and second half of the event differ most as what you can get changes across the store. Don’t miss out on anything and check out the finer details on the Monster Exchange.

That wraps up all I can say about the event! It’s a shame the majority of us cannot enjoy this (unless you use a VPN… But I wouldn’t recommend it). So how about you check out some of our other news instead about The Battle Cats? Peace Brokered Between PONOS and The OutCats.
