The gates of Reverse: 1999 are creaking open again, showering you with a treasure trove of new content to celebrate the game’s half-anniversary version 1.6. The latest trailer, released recently, offers a glimpse into the world awaiting you in Version 1.6, titled “Notes on Shuori.”

The trailer opens with unease, showcasing a vast grassy plain devoid of landmarks. The scene cuts to two characters, one questioning their location and the other casting doubt on the existence of the rumoured Eastern Arcane skill. This cryptic exchange sets the stage for an adventure filled with hidden truths and difficult choices.

Following the sombre intro, the trailer bursts into action. We see battles with monstrous birds, narrow escapes, and tense negotiations with a group posing as merchants. The trailer artfully avoids spoilers, focusing on the update’s overall tone and themes.
