Robert Bowling’s tactical warfare game Breach & Clear gets a set of screenshots

While one game a lot of people have been waiting for has finally arrived today from Crescent Moon Games, another one looks to be heading our way rather quickly as well. We’ve talked about Robert Bowling’s upcoming tactical strategy game Breach & Clear a couple of times already. Well a set of screenshots have now been made available giving us a much better look at the ex-Infinity Ward creative strategist’s upcoming title which is being developed by Mighty Rabbit.

Taking a look at the screenshots actually provides us with plenty of information about this game. It looks like players will be controlling a squad of four special ops soldiers through different infiltration missions, at least that’s what it looks like is going on from the screenshots. Since players are moving a squad around it would be safe to say that gameplay is turn-based, something we figured it would be anyways since it is a tactical game after all.

It looks like troop selection and issuing commands is done on the right side of the screen where you can see a list of your soldiers who are currently alive. It also appears that we can switch perspectives in the game, with having an overview top-down look at everything or players can opt into zooming in on the action with a 3rd person perspective.

Overall, Breach & Clear looks pretty impressive already and that’s just from looking at these screenshots. As to when we can all get our hands on this upcoming tactical strategy game, right now it is still just a Spring 2013 release for iOS and Android so it could be tomorrow or it could be 2 weeks from now.
