Snowbreak: Containment Zone sits poised to enter close Beta testing. You’re cordially invited to sign up and join the testers. You won’t be vying with other platform gamers either, this test is an Android exclusive.

The Snowbreak team released a comprehensive FAQ covering all the details of the test. You apply by filling out a recruitment form, and the developer will choose a pool of testers from the applicants.

Make Sure You Read The Rules

If you want to play the game, you’ll need to agree to the terms. A non-disclosure agreement is part of the process, so remember, no leaks! Unsurprisingly, you won’t be able to stream any of the game either.

The Beta test will cover the main story, from the first to the eighth chapter. You’ll also get common operations, expeditions, and some personal exploration into the characters.

You won’t get to keep your progress in the final release, but take it as an opportunity to get to know the gameplay and the mechanics ahead of a full playthrough.

The gameplay is available in Chinese, English, and Japanese, though there’s scope to add more supported language as development carries on. There are no Korean voice actors yet, but Korean-speaking gamers can still play perfectly well with text in their native language.

There’s No Time To Lose

If you’re interested in applying, make sure you send the form before the 8th of April.

There are no dates available for when the closed Beta test kicks off, but beta test invites will start going out from the 4th of April.

Snowbreak: Containment Zone is a third-person shooter where you take control of one of the members of the Heimdall Force, and their firearm specialty to take on dangerous creatures called Titans.

Different characters within the squad have different weapon classes, such as shotguns or sniper rifles, and bring different styles of gameplay to the table. It doesn’t hurt that it looks pretty slick too.
