Released by Whitedog, maker of the recently released Craft Up, comes a new game named The Maze. Players are in control of a red dot, and looking to make it to the end of the maze, but there’s a few snags to overcome.
First, the maze is a scrolling one, so players need to make sure that they’re choosing the right path as often as possible, or at least correcting mistakes quickly so as to avoid bring trapped when pathway passes below the screen. Second, there are black dots that move about within the maze. They don’t appear to be as mobile as say, the ghosts in Pac-Man and seem to be restricted to back and forth in a single direction, but a threat is a threat and they will need avoiding nonetheless.
Players only get a single attempt to achieve a high score, as there are no extra lives or continues. The Maze is available for free from both Google Play and Amazon’s Appstore and also includes optional IAPs. You can check out The Maze in action in the video below before downloading a copy.
