Humble Bundle has started up a new mobile focused bundle this morning called the Humble Mobile Bundle Board Games edition. As you are probably guessing with this particular name, all of the games in this bundle are board games. Interestingly enough, this bundle also features a slightly adjusted 3 tier layout for the first time.
This new tweaked 3 tier system does not have an average price for the second tier. Instead all three tiers have a set pricing level that you’ll need to pay above to get the games in that tier and any previous tier. So Tier 1 has you paying anything about $1 to get the games in that particular tier. However, instead of Tier 2 being any amount over the average price, it is simply any amount over $3. Third tier is any amount over $5.
Tier 1 – Pay $1 or more and get:
– Carcassonne
– Scotland Yard
Tier 2 – Pay $3 or more and receive:
– All Tier 1 games
– Splendor
– Catan
– The aMAZEing Labyrinth
– More game(s) to come next week
Tier 3 – Pay $5 or more and receive:
– Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 games
– Ticket to Ride
– San Juan
– Galaxy Trucker
Besides the slight change to the pricing structure, the rest is still the same. You can still dictate how you want the money you spend to be used, whether it is 100% to charity, or split between charity, Humble Bundle, and so on.
