Following its release in Japan in December 2023, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War is now set to launch globally. Userjoy just dropped an announcement that Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War Global will be hitting mobiles on May 29th. And pre-registrations are open now.
What’s The Game About?
It’s about Lavian Winslet, a young girl with a heroic bloodline. She joins the legendary Northern Jaegers to protect her hometown. There, she teams up with Martin, Iseria and Talion for a high-stakes reconnaissance mission in the Erebonian Empire to dig up dirt on the mysterious Imperial Hero.
It’s the first-ever anime-themed mobile game from Trails Series and The Legend of Heroes franchise. Set in the period between Trails of Cold Steel II and III, Northern War is about the Erebonian Empire vs North Ambria war. The game is directly supervised by Nihon Falcom, the mastermind behind the Trails series.
