Gameloft’s World At Arms will soon be getting a rather large content update in the near future. While this update will bring all kinds of new content to the game, if you happen to be a fan of mechs then you’ll be pleased to see the addition of the Hyperion Fleet to the game.
For those of you not familiar with this game, World At Arms is basically an MMO-strategy game where faction of players battle it out with one another. You can either take the world on solo or join up with other players as a ‘guild’. Like any other game in this genre, you’ll have to research different technologies, collect resources, build structures as well as your armies.

This update grants players access to a new economy and energy buildings, a new underwater research center and new boosts. You will also be able to access new timed events that will unlock powerful boss characters. This is, of course, alongside the four new high-tech battle mechs that you’ll be able to play as now. Each one has their own special effect or buff:
Suppressor – Gives a damage boost to local friendly units.
Commander – Causes enemy units to suffer extra damage when deployed on your team.
Warlord – Adds explosive damage to enemy units
Sweeper – A “sweeping” triple attack blasts big groups of enemies at once.
This new update for World At Arms has just been made available for iOS users today. Us Android users will have to for a little while longer for when it is released onto Google Play.
