One game we have been reporting on a couple of times over the past few months is from Red Wasp Designs called Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land. Based off of H.P. Lovecraft’s stories and the original Call of Cthulhu RPG video game, this title has already been released onto iOS and is slated to arrive on Android soon as well.
Since the game’s release on iOS, it has been met with quite the good reviews and has already become quite popular in the short time it has been available. Rounding off the success this game has already seen are a few awards it has won as well.
Set in the time period around WWI, you will be in charge of a team of investigators and soldiers who happen to be searching for a great evil that has risen during the war and is using all the dead bodies and carnage from it to building an army of the undead under Europe. This army will eventually be used to take over the world as any decent evil being would do. All of this is wrapped up in a turn-based strategy RPG for you to enjoy.
Unfortunately right now we don’t have any sort of exact release date for when Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land is suppose to arrive on Android although we do know it will be fairly soon. For now though we just get to enjoy this little preview video above from Red Wasp Designs.
