XSEED Games unleashes Ark of the Ages 3D RPG onto Google Play

A new 3D RPG has arrived onto Google Play from XSEED Games called Ark of the Ages. This particular 3D RPG title puts you into the first-person perspective of your main character who happens to be a young knight of the Royal Order who has been dispatched to Emilie village to investigate a series of recent incidents.

As you might be guessing, things don’t go as planned. Located near the village are the remnants of a massive ancient tower known as the Tower of Magic, which was constructed by the great wizard Sorienz a millennium prior. It is here that players will be challenged to prove their worth to the Royal Order. At the core, Ark of the Ages is a dungeon crawler meshed with an RPG and a storyline.

Players will be going through dungeons (24 of them to be exact), trying to avoid traps and other hazards while taking on rather large monsters in gesture-based combat. When not in combat, the perspective changes from first-person to third-person where you can control your character, dodging said traps and hazards, with the use of onscreen dual-joysticks. Of course you will be finding items, weapons and equipment along the way to customize your character with as well.

One last thing to note, Ark of the Ages is integrated with the GREE social gaming platform and that brings some unique features to the game in terms of social aspects. Adding friends to the game comes with perks as the number of your friends increases like special attacks becoming available more frequently. For those of you looking for a new 3D RPG to try out then you might want to check out Ark of the Ages. You can download a copy of the game off of the Google Play store for $1.99.
