There are a few rules in life that everyone should be following. This includes things like not running with knives and scissors. Apparently you aren’t support to run with a plasma sword as well. Who knew? However the game Don’t Run With a Plasma Sword will be making the leap from iOS to Android in the very near future.
Developed by the 2-man studio called SaMax Entertainment, Happy Hamster has arrived onto Google Play sporting some pretty unique features for an arcade running platformer. While there is one mode that is an endless running game at its core, Happy Hamster also has a career mode as well.

So during the GameStop Expo we just left the other day we had a chance to do our interview with Mad Catz in person instead of doing it through Skype or email, hence the delay in the interview getting done in the first place. We sat down with Alex Verrey, the Global PR Director for Mad Catz and Nathan Aguilera, Associate Product Manager for Mad Catz to talk about their upcoming Android-based gaming console called Mojo.
This upcoming Thursday is starting to look real good in terms of game releases on Android. The newest one to make the list is the tactical squad-based strategy game Breach & Clear which we ave been following since we found out about it. Originally this game was going to be free-to-play but the developers did not want the game mechanics and fun to be ruin so they switched to making the game a full paid title instead.
We’ve already talked about one Skylanders game that was supposed to come to Android back during E3 2012 but for whatever reason never actually made it to mobile. However Activision has rectified this problem by releasing another Skylanders game instead called Skylanders: Cloud Patrol.
Project Phoenix is an interesting mix of genres, sporting squad-based RTS gameplay meshed with RPG elements and storylines heavily influenced by the entire JRPG genre. Actually we had confirmation about both their Ravenmark games coming to Android awhile back when we first reported on both games. Crescent Moon Games has unleashed their newest title onto Google Play called Siegecraft Defender. While this may look like a standard tower defense game at first glance, Siegecraft Defender is definitely a lot more than that, almost taking the form of a MOBA in certain way with some of the game’s mechanics.
