So we have been giving out closed beta codes for the Pocket Galaxy MMO we talked about earlier this week. We have been posting them for people to grab on Twitter, Google+ and even hunting down people who comment on the site or our forums and sending them beta codes as well.
Rovio has begun teasing the next update for Angry Birds Seasons and this time we can expect to see pigs dressed up as clowns and magicians when the update arrives. The news comes in the form of a rather colorful picture Rovio tweeted earlier this morning, showing off some of what will be arriving in the new update.
We’ve already talked about one retro style beat-em-up game last week that will be making its way to Android soon. Now we get to take a quick look at another one that is slated for release next month called The Combo Crew. Developed by The Game Baker, this is another game that will take you back down memory lane to a time when these games were popular and there were plenty of them to play.
Spicy Horse games has announced what their next game will be and it is called Hell Invaders. If the name Spicy Horse sounds familiar, that is because they are responsible for the Alice series of games as well as Crazy Fairies for Android and the currently in beta Akameiro: Demon Hunter which is also slated for release at some point onto Android as well.
Gamevil has decided to release a new game today, jumping onto the Thursday game release trend as well. Their newest titles is a little bit closer to their usual type of game that the company tends to release and is an Action-RPG called Kingdom & Dragons. Even though this is an Action-RPG, this game also features city building elements that you’ll need to take care of should you want to actually get far in the game.
For those of you who used to own, or still do own, a Dreamcast console then there is some good news for you today as the classic RC racing game Re-Volt has made its way to Android thanks to WeGo Interactive. Originally released back in 1999, Re-Volt quickly became a favorite to many fans who enjoy racing games and now we can enjoy Re-Volt on the go with this new mobile version.
Since Gamevil got into the 3rd party publishing business we have seen some pretty interesting games coming out under the company’s name. Most of these games break away from the tradition style of Gamevil titles and today the company has released a video which gives us a sneak peek into one of their upcoming games called Dark Avenger.
Sega has gone ahead and done a double release today, bringing plenty of gore and blood (in a more comical sense) to Android with another game called Hell Yeah!. Between this game and House of the Dead: Overkill – The Lost Reels which was also released today, Sega has made sure that the Google Play store has a little bit more bloody action in it.
Thursdays are slowly becoming the day where many Android games are released. Sega is jumping onto that trend and have released their newest game onto Android this morning, which has a rather long name, called House of the Dead: Overkill – The Lost Reels. If you remember our coverage of this game when we announced that it would be coming to Android, you probably already know enough to go get the game now.
Gameloft’s rather unique endless flying game Iron Man 3 has finally arrived onto Google Play and right on time. We’ve covered the new related to this game over the past couple of weeks as its release neared and now, for those of you who have been waiting, you can download Iron Man 3 onto your Android device and begin blasting enemies out of the sky in true Stark fashion.
