A little piece of good news for you Kindle Fire owners out there in Android land. EA has announced that they have released eight of their games for the Kindle Fire. This multiple title release actually happened on June 13th, 2012 but EA was kind enough to send a rather late press release about the whole thing yesterday. Better late than never right?
Developers going by the name of Nival have a fair amount of titles planned for Android and one of those titles, called Prime World: Defenders, looks to breath some much needed life into the Defense gaming genre that has slowly grown a little stale over the last little while. That isn’t to say there isn’t good defense games available.
A rather unknown developer, THE WEE UN (you might remember Angry Wires, but probably don’t) just released their new game onto Google Play. Gorge Edge comes as an interesting puzzle game that will surely get some work out of your eyes more than your brain itself.
A new zombie themed game has just arrived to Google Play, giving you yet once again the chance to prove yourself worthy of cheers in a zombie apocalypse. Bloody Sniper, by Avko Labs LLC, promises to keep you shooting every moving thing in front of you for as long as you wish to.
Neon Play, creators of nice-quality free games such as Paper Glider and Paper Glider Crazy Copter 3D, released a few months ago with their rather destructive traffic control game, Traffic Panic 3D. For all of you who don’t remember it, Traffic Panic 3D consisted mainly on you avoiding crashes at a certain intersection in a normal city.
All of you eager zombie killing gamers out there waiting for Madfinger Games’ upcoming Dead Trigger FPS game which was slated for release today have a little longer of a wait unfortunately. Madfinger Games have delayed the launch of Dead Trigger.
Disney has pushed out an awesome game for all you Where’s My Water fans out there, taking advantage of the big fan base of their TV show Phineas & Ferb. Where’s My Perry? is now available on the Google Play store for all you physics-based puzzle fans.
Sony Playstation certified devices have some new titles available for purchase through the Playstation Store. In total there appears to be seven new games including the rather awesome original Silent Hill game that freaked people out playing it back in 1999 on the Playstation One.
If you can imagine if Temple Run was released for the Atari 2600, you would have ActionWall 3D. This game was developed by Sunflat who actually used to go by a different name originally when they were first releasing all of the ‘Papi’ games onto Android.
Deonn Games has released another title onto Android in the Defense genre although this time it isn’t in space. Called Krafteers – Tomb Defenders, this is actually more of an RTS game then a defense title considering you have to gather resources among other things with some defense gameplay mechnics in it.
