Gameloft’s next big hit game that was slated for release this month has finally landed onto the Google Play store and just in time considering this is May 31st. The newest addition to the N.O.V.A series of games is here, called N.O.V.A. 3, and it comes complete with good ole multiplayer goodness.
While the name is a bit odd, Sunflex will be releasing a new wireless controller designed specifically for mobile gaming on iOS and Android called the Snakebyte iDroid:con. We do get where the name comes from but it could have been better. Still, with that said, this controller is your typical PS3 style controller.
Last week we mentioned that the next game to arrive onto Android this week would be the IGF Award winning game called Continuity 2 by Ragtime Games. Well for those of you who have been waiting for this game to be released, it has just been launched as Noodlecake’s addition to their Game-A-Week Project.
Earlier this week, Asus put out a teaser video that basically told us to expect the next line of Transformer products at Computex 2012. The video also told us to prepare ourselves for May 31. Well, May 31 is today, and Asus is coming very close to blowing our minds with a device that is half Android and half Windows.
GREE, as you may know from our previous articles, is making quite the pushing into the non-Asian gaming market on mobile now that their social gaming platform has been released globally in a beta. Set to launch fully later this year with over 60 titles coming with the full launch later this year.
About a week ago we talked about Ubisoft getting ready to publish a revamped version of the Babel Rising game for Android called Babel Rising 3D. This new revamped version features rather great looking visuals that really seem to bring the game to life.
Back in the beginning of this year we found out about a developer over on XDA that had created a portable version of Counter-Strike for Android. Since then the developer has been hard at work fixing it, updating it and making it run a lot nicer.
There are a few solid racing games out there for Android featuring the sort of top-down isometric viewpoint where your vehicles look like Micromachines. Reckless Racing and Mini Motor Racing would be two good examples of this. Well a third is heading our way very soon called CarDust.
Gamevil has released another game onto the Google Play store as they continue their push onto Android with a match-3 game called Fruit Rush. You will be racing against the clock trying to pop as many as you can as the fruit approach their doom.
Looking for some more robot fighting action while waiting for your robot to cool down in Mechadroids? Well on June 6th there will be another robot fighting game similar to the TV series Robot Wars coming to Android called Roblade. If you didn’t watch the TV series, have no fear, I did so I’ll explain what this is all about.
