As it seems with any holiday that comes around, whether big or small, everyone loves to put their games on sale and EA is no exception to that rule. To say thank you to their Android fan base and to celebrate Thanksgiving, EA is offering a few titles for up to 40% off the regular price.
The granddaddy of city management finally lands on Android, and while he’s slower and makes less sense; there is still that twinkle in his eye. The Sim City series has had a long history, from its humble beginnings in the dark ages of 1989 to the current day, no one game has quite nailed the balance of fun and frustration of running a city the way that Sim City does. Fans of the highly popular game from Zeptolab called Cut the Rope have some good news today. The developers have just released an update that bring the new “Tool Box” update along with a bunch of new levels. This update now brings the Android version on par with the iOS one in terms of content.
Pre-orders have just begun as of yesterday through both Amazon and Asus for the Tegra 3 quad-core Transformer Prime tablet. GameStop is also apparently going to be carrying this monster of a tablet as well and happen to be showing it off on their site. The interesting news though is that they have also added a release date!
Retro classic game, Dizzy: Prince of the Yolkfolk, gets a facelift, coming to Android in December
Back in the early ’90s there was a game released called Dizzy: Prince of the Yolkfolk for the home computers that existed back then such as the Commodore 64 and other older PCs. This old school game is getting a facelift and coming into the modern age thanks to developers Codemasters.
Released back in August 2011 by EA, Madden NFL 2012 is the newest addition to EA’s Madden line of football games. Surprisingly this was released to all devices at first, something EA doesn’t tend to do often. Now in a recent update though they have added support for the Xperia Play controls along with some other little tweaks.

It seems Sega is taking a serious look at pushing into the Android Market as this is another titles that is now available from them.
SilverTree Media are the developers who made the rather enjoyable platformer game called Cordy. Their most recent game though, Sleepy Jack, came out in October as an Xperia Play exclusive. Well they have now jumped the exclusivity line and Sleepy Jack is now available for all supported devices.
