So there are times where games look really promising, but once you give them enough time, you see how they don’t come even close to you expectations. This is one of those times. When I first saw the game and trailer, I actually thought this looks pretty awesome, but as soon as I finished the abilitease (no typo here) tutorial, I immediately got the idea.

“Tonight I dine on turtle soup” -Shredder. I personally think I’d rather order a pizza instead, I’m sure our favorite heroes in a half-shell would agree. A new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) game has been recently released on Android, and to a rather positive reception.
The latest Humble Mobile Bundle is now out. If you have been keeping track, and like it says in the title of this bundle, this is the sixth one specifically for mobile (re: Android devices) that Humble Bundle has released. Just like the previous ones before it, Humble Mobile Bundle 6 features three games you can pay whatever you want for plus an additional three games you can unlock.
DotEmu is a publisher that specializes in re-releasing older PC games for modern play. They have a decent sized offering on Google Play that include the Metal Slug series, and Another World. They have put two of their offerings on sale in conjunction with Google’s Summer Sale for Play. The games that they’re discounting are R-Type II and the Double Dragon Trilogy.
Guardians of the Galaxy The Ultimate Weapon is a game released by Marvel in conjunction with the movie that is currently in theaters. It’s an action RPG that contains 25 characters that can be upgraded, over 60 levels, Googlel Play Games tie in, and real time combat that relies on simple gestures.

Marvel Comics announced at this year’s SD Comic Con (in an interview with Marvel.com) that they’re going to be releasing an upcoming game called Contest of Champions. The actual game development is being done by Kabam, who have released other games like The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-earth, Fast & Furious 6: The Game, Castle Age HD, and more.

In a perhaps futile effort to stem the tide of users illegally acquiring the game because of the lack of an official launch, Gameloft rushed to push the game’s release ahead by one day.
I’m sure some of you may be puzzled by this… I was. Batman: Arkham Origins showed up in the Play Store a few weeks ago. However, it said that it wasn’t compatible with my devices. I was kind of bummed out by this because I finally have devices that can run it graphically. So, like I do with most games that I want to play that may be in a soft launch or have exclusivity with a particular device, I added it to my wish list.
King of Fighters 98: Dream Match Never Ends was a 2D fighting game release in (surprise!) 1998 by SNK. Originally released on the Neo Geo, it later was ported to the PlayStation as well as the Dreamcast. What makes this fighting game unique is that it contains all the fighters from releases that came prior to this one, including those that had died in their story arc (which was rebooted with the subsequent release).
