Every now and then we hear about a game coming out for mobile devices that we truly can get excited about. It feels like it could be a game changer. We see the graphics, get a brief synopsis of the storyline and we immediately get hooked in anticipation. Such is the case with Vivid Games new project Godfire: Rise of Prometheus.

Today is turning out to be one of those days where there is just so many good games to play that it is almost hard to keep track of. SNK Playmore has also released a new game today and it is another King of Fighters title. This particular one is King of Fighters 2012(F). So what does the (F) stand for? Our guess is ‘Free’ because that’s how much the game costs.
Way back in March of 2013 Wargaming.net announced that they would be bringing their tank combat franchise to Android. It seemed as though development was doing good because almost a year later in March 2014, World of Tanks Blitz went into a closed beta testing phase. After that though things went a bit quiet about the release of this game… a little too quiet.
Dustoff Vietnam from Invictus Games is a Choplifter style of game that has arrived onto Android but instead of the usual realistic visuals one would expect to find in this sort of game, Dustoff Vietnam features the blocky Minecraft style of graphics instead.
It appears that one of the next big features to be heading to Minecraft: Pocket Edition will be potions or at least potion effects. The interesting part about all of this is the fact that even though potion effects were teased in a picture, it was also stated that as of right now no potions are actually in the pipeline because that requires the Nether.
Kiloo Games has pushed out the first update for their brawler type game Smash Champs which brings with it improved gameplay during the training session of your champs and some other goodies players will enjoy. In fact there are two improvements to the training session that you will want to take advantage of.
NHN Entertainment, developers of Undead Slayer among other games, has released a new action arcade game called Help Me Jack: Atomic Adventure. This game brings pure hack-n-slash gameplay with a ton of content to your Android device and blends it all up together with some pretty solid 3D visuals.
Future Shield owners and Tegra 3 / Tegra 4 device owners are going to have a lot of gaming to do over the next little while. A second dungeon crawler has landed on Google Play for Nvidia’s Shield and general Tegra 3 / Tegra 4 devices (and possibly non-Tegra device owners with Android 4.0) called Tainted Keep. This is another straight-up dungeon crawler with a story where you’ll be hacking away at monsters and collecting loot.
The Shadow Sun is a large-scale 3D RPG, built using Unity3D, that has been in development for quite some time now. In fact we first reported on this game way back in 2011 and then again in June 2013. That is quite some time for a mobile game to be in development. The developers have, however, released some new details and screenshots for The Shadow Sun.
We’ve already had robot fighting style of games come to Android by the way of those movie spin-off games for Real Steel. Well now there is a new one called Ironkill and it is now available on Google Play. Ironkill doesn’t stray too far from the tried and true format for robot fighting.
