A great retro style adventure game that up until now had only been available on Xbox Live is now available for Android. Developed by Nostalgic Software, Quiet, Please! is a neat little game where you control a student who has just gotten home from school and wants to relax.

A new Kickstarter project has been set-up recently by Geeta Games to bring their upcoming animated adventure game Lilly Looking Through to tablet gamers. This game features some unique art which any fan of indie games would enjoy.
A lot of us used to read (and play) these choose your own adventure books back in the 1980’s in a series called Fighting Fantasy. For those of you not familiar with what these are, these were fantasy themed books where you would read through the book flipping to different parts of the book based on the choices you make in the adventure.

If you’ve ever wondered where the flood of video game Kickstarter campaigns began, it would be a good idea to start with Double Fine Adventure. Even though Double Fine Adventure was not the first video game to seek funding through Kickstarter, it was the first game that showed it is possible to raise over $3 million by appealing directly to fans. The Kickstarter campaign is long over, but there’s still an opportunity to make a donation and get the game for Android.

First it was Shadowrun Returns and Leisure Suit Larry HD, two classic games being remade for modern times and both of which are heading to Android. Now we have another game that has a new Kickstarter project and this time it is from the developers of the classic Space Quest adventure game.
It’s been awhile since we dropped a Hidden Gem article in your laps. It isn’t that there hasn’t been any games suitable for a Hidden Gem article, it is just that there are so many great games to play we get all caught up in playing them. We were told to check out iDaTank by Ubinuri and so far it is a great game.
