While we unfortunately do not have a Google Glass unit ourselves, the folks at Mashable do happen to have one and also happened to be in attendance at E3 2013. So while wandering the show floor during the event, they decided to record a tour of everything through Google Glass.

A little over a week ago we had hunted down some evidence that a Humble Bundle for Android would be arriving this month. We didn’t know exactly when this month it would arrive, only that it would be here and it would feature a game called Frozen Synapse. Well it looks like we are two for two on figuring out when a Humble Bundle for Android is on the way because the new one has now gone live.
If you happen to be a game developer who uses Unity3D to make your games and have been contemplating adding Google’s new Google Play Games service to your current and future titles, you’ll be happy to know that a developer in the Unity3D community has created a plug-in to make it a little bit easier to integrate Google’s service into your games.
News like this doesn’t happen often these days and actually it is usually the opposite when it comes to a game developer changing their business model for their upcoming game. Usually we have to report that a game originally planned as a paid game has gone to the free-to-play model. However today we get to report some very good news regarding Robert Bowling’s upcoming tactical warfare game Breach & Clear.
For those of you who are into MOBA games and like beta testing new titles, Sneaky Games has their upcoming turn-based tactical MOBA game Arena of Heroes has gone live for open beta testers to jump into the game early and check everything out. This particular type of MOBA game is a bit different than your typical MOBA title like of League of Legends or DOTA 2.
While Gameloft was at E3 2013 showing off Asphalt 8: Airborne and Modern Combat 5 (which is pretty damn good), the developers over at Gameloft have been hard at work on an update for Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour which is being called the ‘Meltdown’ update. While most updates don’t usually have a name given to them, this one is actually a pretty big update in terms of content.
Over the last few days Rovio has been pumping out the news over a variety of topics ranging from a new expanded licensing agreement with Hasbro to teasing a new Angry Birds game called Angry Birds Go!. What this all means is that there is still plenty of the Angry Birds franchise coming our way.
Starting last week Mojang has begun to roll out available Minecraft Realms server slots for folks interested in hosting their own server so they can play with their friends. Since this is still labeled as an Alpha release, there are some bugs with Minecraft Realms that are currently being worked on, with some of them already being fixed and others being made ready to be released in the upcoming 0.7.2 update for Minecraft: Pocket Edition.
Electronic Arts held their press event announcing plenty of gaming information as one would expect to see at these events. One of the mobile related tidbits of information to come out of the press conference was that the upcoming Need for Speed: Rivals game will feature cross-platform multiplayer gameplay but not in the traditional sense.
NimbleBit’s Pocket Planes game that was released onto DeNA’s Mobage platform was apparently at one point going to be a game about trains called Pocket Trains. Somehow, along the way, the trains grew some wings and the trains ended up becoming planes instead. Well it looks like those trains may be coming back and heading our way in the near future.
