Last month we mentioned that Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus was in a very secret and limited closed beta with only 50 people or so. Gameloft haven’t really let out any hints as to whether this game would be coming to Android or not, that is until now. Gameloft just tweeted that it is officially coming to Android very soon.

Gameloft seems to be making more news every day. While a lot of Android gamers won’t touch Gameloft game due to the lack of availability in the Android Market, it is still exciting to see more great titles becoming available. To update yesterdays post regarding Brothers in Arms 2 HD, it is now available for purchase through the Gameloft Store.
Seems like Gameloft has a few games slated for release for Android in the near future. The other day we spotted the Let’s Golf 2 page on the Gameloft store site before it was taken offline. Now we got a tip about Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front HD appearing for availability for Android devices although now we’re having trouble getting to the page.
Some gamers like to read ahead regarding the storyline of upcoming games while others enjoy experiencing the storyline of a game they are playing first hand, while actually playing the game. I fall into the second group of people but I do enjoy seeing concept art. Gameloft’s upcoming addition to the NOVA series of games just had some great concept art released.
It’s been awhile since we posted about Rage and the possibility of it coming to Android. While it was almost a given back in our original post that it was on its way, official confirmation seems to have come in the way of Twitter from John Carmack who states in his tweet that he is going to be porting Rage Mobile to the Android platform.
Exit4Gaming is the developer that brought Lava Ball 3D to Android. Recently they just released a new game called Rebound and while talking with Exit4Gaming we got onto the topic of their next game currently being developed. Rebound is a great little game, challenging but simple to pick up and play whenever you have some time to kill.
While id Software may not have made many friends last year when they had all the Doom, Quake and Wolfenstein ports yanked off the Android market through a DMCA notice to Google, they do have the possibility now of making it up to the Android community whether that is their motive or not. Word has it that they are considering releasing their newest game, Rage, onto the Android platform.
Dvide Arts recently put their full 3D RPG game Crusade of Destiny onto the Android market with the promise that their FPS Zombie game, Welcome to Hell, would be follow shortly. Well it is now available on the Android market for you to grab and get your zombie killing fix. This is a full 3D FPS game using the ShiVa 3D engine as well just like their previous game.
Speaking of quiet releases such as Deadly Chambers by Battery Powered Games, Com2Us also quietly released a new mech 3D FPS game onto the Android market called Heavy Gunner. This game comes complete with some crazy 3D graphics and a ton of weapons for you to use as you blast aliens to bit while they come at you.
A lot of people are eagerly awaiting Dvide Arts release of Crusade of Destiny and Welcome to Hell and have been curious about when it will be hitting the Android market. Well I just heard back from Dvide Arts with their statement regarding the release of these two great looking game titles.
