Noodlecake Studios has been extremely busy this year. A legion of fans are awaiting the arrival of Super Stickman Golf 3 in July. That’s not too far away, but in the interim, you can pick up a neat little game called Caterzillar, Thursday, June 23rd. It is a collaboration between Noodlecake Studios and one man studio PixelZapp! This cute puzzle game will have you exploring neat little worlds, with a caterpillar named Bob.

At this point, most people have heard of Crossy Road. It is a polygonal juggernaut of a game that reinvigorated the simple premise of Frogger. When its publishers Yodo 1 teamed with creators Hipster Whale, the team provided so much more than what anyone could have expected. The game was simple, fun and enthralling. This week Yodo 1 and Featherweight Games, bring Rodeo Stampede to Android and iOS. The game looks just as engaging and fun as Crossy Road. Rodeo Stampede will arrive in the Play Store June 23rd.
In other Mika Mobile news, Zombieville USA 2 is a new zombie shooter, as one might judge from the name, and is the next entrant into the Zombieville franchise. In this game, players will choose a character, and will be able to customize and upgrade the character, as they set out to defend their beloved town from a never ending stream of zombies.
In the world of mobile game streaming and viewing there are a few major players. One of those is YouTube Gaming, which allows users to not just watch live game streams but also stream their own gameplay right from their Android device. Twitch also has their application, but is mainly for just watching streams, unless you have a Shield device. Mobcrush is another company in the streaming scene who has been out for a bit now but mainly in an open beta sort of status.
Recently Twitch released a new Friends feature for the browser version of its video game streaming platform, tacking on an Invite-Only Beta status to it as well. Like all the features the browser version has, they start there but end up on the mobile application as well, and this is true with the new Friends feature.
Fans of Pixowl’s The Sandbox game, and who have been following our site for a bit now, know that there is a sequel on the horizon called The Sandbox 2. Well this sequel has been in the works for some time now, with a closed beta and a very limited soft launch having taken place. Now fans will be able to get the sequel soon as the global launch for this game will be arriving very soon.
After officially dropping support for the entire platform a few years back, Mika Mobile has officially re-released Battleheart back onto the Android platform. For those unfamiliar with the game, this is a cross between an RPG and an RTS format, where players control parties while upgrading their equipment and powers via a skill tree, while using taps and gestures to handle combat in real time; more on this can be found here in our previous coverage.

In other Nvdia related news to come out in the last 24 hours, the company has announced a couple of other games that are being launched on their platform. First, is an upcoming platformer known as Mighty No 9. This game looks like it is pulling it’s visual and style cues from the classic Mega Man games of yore.
Viridi is a new meditative garden title from Ice Water Games that’s now available on Google Play
While some games focus a lot on action, others are all about relaxing and that is one of the themes behind Ice Water Games’ new release called Viridi. If this game sounds familiar, it should, as we covered its development back in the earlier part of 2015. After our initial coverage, not much in the way of news had been released from the developers regarding where the game was at in terms of development. Now we get to jump right into it and start playing.
As many of you know, we were at E3 2016 all last week, and unfortunately some of the news we couldn’t get out fast enough due to the lovely internet connection found at these events each year. However, in case you missed this, Nvidia has announced that two more Borderlands games which are being ported over to run on Shield devices.
