Gameloft is officially releasing two new games today but we already knew they were coming thanks to some previous leaks on the Gameloft site as well as a tip for our resident Gameloft tipster Dave Loft. GT Racing Motor Academy HD and Real Soccer 2011 HD are now both ‘officially’ available for select Android devices.
Seems Gameloft finally has another game for Android gamers in their Advent Calender giveaway! After all the iOS stuff they have been giving away, you can now pick up Hero of Sparta today for free! This is a really great game to play and you’ll be sure to enjoy it so while there is still time, browse over to Gameloft on your Android phone.
Gameloft has certainly been keeping themselves in the spotlight lately with all the new games being released for Android, others leaked out as coming soon titles, billing issues and now their games being on GetJar. Well we have news about another game coming to Android as well as an update regarding GetJar.
It seems as though our reports of more Gameloft HD games making their way to Android was right on spot. Gameloft just put up Spider-man: Total Mayhem on the Android section of the Gameloft store. This is a nice looking 3D action game where you play as the web sling himself against some of his biggest enemies.
Could this be the start of something new with Gameloft or is this just a one time thing? That is the question we are asking ourselves after the announcement just made that Modern Combat: Sandstorm HD is now available on GetJar, for free! This seems to be part of GetJars new program offering premium content for free.
T3 is keeping it going strong with their Android Appvent Calender giveaways. Already one HTC Desire HD has gone up for grabs along with a slew of great games and some apps as well. Gameloft fans will have something to look forward to tomorrow (Dec. 17th) as the giveaway will be 15 copies of Hero of Sparta HD from Gameloft.
Earlier today reports were surfacing regarding people who recently purchased a game through Gameloft’s Android web store and ending up being double or triple charged for the transaction. For whatever particular reason, Gameloft still insists, even after this incident, to not use the Android Market for selling games.
While we try to cover all the relevant giveaway that are happening this holiday season, the games are the good stuff to get and T3’s Appvent calendar for Android today is giving away 15 copies of NOVA HD by Gameloft. This is a great 3D FPS (First-person shooter) game that you’ll want to play on your higher-end Android device.
Seems in our last article it should have been titles “Triple header” instead of double header thanks again to our resident tipster, Mariano Zorrilla! After a bit of digging, Mariano came up with a new game slated for release on the Android platform by Gameloft, Shrek Kart HD. As you may have guessed, this is similar to Mario Kart but with Shrek Characters.
Gameloft seems to be making more news every day. While a lot of Android gamers won’t touch Gameloft game due to the lack of availability in the Android Market, it is still exciting to see more great titles becoming available. To update yesterdays post regarding Brothers in Arms 2 HD, it is now available for purchase through the Gameloft Store.
