First it’s Ex-Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, who is getting his own game. Then right after that we reported on Manny Pacquiao getting his own game where he’ll be handing out street justice, possibly as good as Chuck Norris once did. Now Cristiano Ronaldo is getting his own game too, called Cristiano Ronaldo Freestyle, from the same developer as the Jose Mourinho’s game Mourinho Special One.

FIFA 12 by EA still a go as an Xperia Play exclusive, new time frame for other Android devices revealed.
So during MineCon 2011 you would think it would be about all things Minecraft but during the video we posted in our last article, which we are including again in this one as well, the Sony Ericsson representative in the video, who happened to be the one I talked to during VDCC 2011, let out some more information about FIFA 12.
For those of you who are fans of Soccer (or football depending on wear you’re from) and also happen to be fans of ex-Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, you will be happy to know that there will be a mobile game coming to Android based on him. This will be a blend of different genres including management, turn-based RPG, action and sports gaming.
Konami has finally released the next addition to the PES soccer series of games onto the Android Market. PES 2012 Pro Evolution Soccer is now available for Xperia Play owners as a exclusive title to their device only, at least for right now. Great news if you are a soccer fan and own an Xperia Play.
Sony Ericsson has released a new trailer for the upcoming addition to the FIFA series of games, FIFA 12. This will be one of those temporary exclusives for the Xperia Play which, if it follows the typical style of the temporary exclusive this devices get, should be available about a month after launch for other Android devices.
Full Fat Games has a series of ‘Flick’ games on iOS that are rather popular, each one being of a different sport for the most part. In the later part of September, Full Fat Games released Flick Golf onto the Android Market and now they are following it up with another one of their hit ‘Flick’ games, this time being Flick Soccer.
We were at VDCC yesterday talking with some folks from Sony Ericsson and Qualcomm and during our talk with Sony Ericsson it was mentioned that FIFA 12 by EA will be coming much more sooner than we expected. In our last article about FIFA 12 we guesstimated that it would be released sometime in January on 2012.
Keeping on with the Xperia Play news this morning, word is out about the upcoming FIFA installment that should be landing on Android soon. FIFA 12 by EA, when it is released, will be exclusive to the Xperia Play for the usual one month time period after which it will be available for all Android devices.
Gameloft has released another promo video for one of their upcoming games. No it isn’t another awesome 9mm trailer nor is it another Silent Ops video. This one is sports themed and basically lets us know that Real Football 2012 is on it’s way to Android soon.
Konami has been testing the waters of the Android Market recently with the release of Frogger and Contra 4: Redux. It seems that Konami is ready to take a real jump into those waters though as they released one of their major sports titles, PES 2011. This is a realistic, 3D soccer (football depending on where you are from) game.
