We haven’t heard a lot from developers JavaGround Inc who developed the cross-platform tactics game Uniwar for Android and the iPhone. Going under the name TBS Games on the Android market, they released a new game not too long ago called Dante: The Inferno which is a top-down Diablo II style game based around getting out of hell and saving souls.
Shadow Zone by NewGround is a turn based strategy game set in 1986 when Chernobyl’s 4th block has an accidental nuclear explosion and the area is sealed off. This game boasts 40+ hours of game play so it’s definitely not a short game you’ll be done with in a couple of hours. I actually stumbled onto this game looking for something completely different but I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
