DotEmu was slated to release today one of the more unique games to ever come out during its time, called Another World. Well the good news is they are right on time and Another World 20th Anniversary edition is now available.
Also known as ‘Out of this World’, this game originally was released back in 1991 and came with some pretty unique features and gameplay mechanics for the time. For one, there is no dialog. Everything is conveyed to you through facial expressions, hand gestures and things of that nature. Secondly, if either you or your alien side-kick take any damage, the game is over.

If you own an Xperia Play, Another World is also optimized to take advantage of your physical control pad. This will, however, not make the game any easier since this is a very challenging game. For those of you not familiar with Another World, the story goes like this:
Lester Knight Chaykin, a young physics researcher. While he is right in the middle of doing experiments, his laboratory is struck by lighting and completely destroyed, hurling him into another world. You will need to figure out how to stay alive and eventually escape it. you will meet a friendly alien side-kick along the way who is there to help.
