Crescent Moon’s epic RPG sequel Ravensword: Shadowlands will come to Android

iOS gamers have a rather epic RPG to enjoy tomorrow which happens to be a sequel to Crescent Moon Games’ Ravensword title. Officially called Ravensword: Shadowlands, this is a huge open world 3D RPG title which means not only will there be plenty of areas to explore in the game but also a ton of monsters that you’ll have to kill.

Ravensword: Shadowlands is a full-fledged RPG where you will have mounts to ride, quests to complete and all types of dungeons to explore. You’ll be able to hunt animals as well as monsters and there are plenty of features that you normally don’t see in a game like this such as a reputation system. There will also be stealth, pick pocketing, jails, magic runes and more to really bring depth to the game.

Since this is such a big game, you can expect plenty of weapons, armor and items to be available when it is loot from monsters or something to buy from the shops in towns. According to creative director, Josh Presseisen, the “game’s size will probably be the biggest world to date of any 3D game on the iOS”. If that is true then it is safe to say it will be the biggest on Android as well. By size we are talking about content, not physical size.

For those of you eager to get your hands on Ravensword: Shadowlands, us Android gamers will have to wait until Q1 2013 as it should arrive onto Google Play at that time. Price-wise, if it stays close to the iOS pricing, it will cost $6.99 to snag yourself a copy of the game.
