Overhaul Games have sent out word that they are looking for the opinions of Android gamers out there in Android land regarding Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition. However, it isn’t about how the content should play out or special exclusive content for the Android version or anything like that. It actually has to do with device support.
So today marks the first of many livestreams to come over at our TwitchTV channel. We’ve finally started it up and what you’ll find over there will be us playing Android games, whether they were just released, old classics or previews of upcoming games not even released yet.
As most Minecraft: Pocket Edition fans know, the 0.7.0 update that is on its way this April (if all goes well) will bring true multiplayer to the game. As we suspected in our previous coverage of the multiplayer functionality, it will be called Minecraft Realms.
10000000, which is a rather unique name for a game that ironically doesn’t really have a whole lot to do with numbers in general, has been out on iOS for awhile now. The developers of the game, EightyEight Games, will be bringing 10000000 to Android tomorrow though for Android gamers to finally enjoy.
You may remember back in mid-February that we mentioned that there would be two games coming our way from Square Enix called Drakerider and Chaos Rings II. Well Square Enix has brought one of those games so far over to Android for a worldwide release (initially it was Japan only) and that game is Chaos Rings II.
Square Enix has come out to release a new as of yesterday but it isn’t the typical type of game you are probably thinking it is. No it’s not Final Fantasy IV or some of RPG port but instead it is a game called Mini Ninja. Players will take on the role of Hiro and his friends, running through the game collecting coins and gutting everything in their path, all in the name of retrieving some stolen artifacts.
Back in the beginning of February we talked about Paradox Interactive and that they would be bringing their Magicka franchise to Android. While it won’t be exactly like its PC counterpart, that only applies to the visuals of Magicka: Wizards of the Square Tablet. The rest of the game will feature all of the humor and core game mechanics as the PC version.
So, we made everyone wait a few extra days before we picked all of the winners who will be receiving a free Humble Bundle for Android 5 that now comes with nine games in total. We are pretty sure everyone is eager to see if they won so we won’t draw this out any longer than it has to be.
Real Boxing by Vivid Games has enjoyed a rather large following since its release onto iOS and now owners of Tegra 3+ devices can enjoy to the ability to beat the crap out of people while on the go as Real Boxing has arrived onto the Google Play store as of a short moment ago. This game was built using Unreal Engine 3 so you can enjoy every drop of sweat while punching someone.
