Fate/Grand Order is a brand new mobile entry in the franchise that just launched on Google Play. It’s a JRPG, and in typical fashion you have to save the world from the apocalypse.
To achieve that, you have to summon a party of spirits and send them into battle against your enemies. It’s a card battler, so you’ll select a bunch of cards to use to perform a variety of regular and special attacks each round.

Judging from the trailer, using cards in a specific order grants them special abilities. We saw cards raise in power, or grant the character an extra attack during that round. Chances are that the system will be pretty complex.
Once you’ve selected your cards, your character will then perform attack animations in real time. It looks great – much like an anime TV show or film, so fans of those will also find this appealing.
