Hay Day is celebrating its 14th anniversary. The theme is not what you’d actually expect from the game and neither is the guest. It’s a Birthday Music Festival. And it’s Joe Jonas showing up in the Hay Day farm!
The Birthday Music Festival runs until June 30th, bringing a music-themed event full of decorations, rewards, community challenges, and a song. Yes, that’s where the singer, songwriter, and actor steps in.
Supercell has teamed up with Joe Jonas to release The Cozy Anthem for Hay Day
It’s an original track inspired by Hay Day’s iconic theme song. The Cozy Anthem kicks off a two-week virtual music festival taking place both inside Hay Day and across social media platforms. The song now plays across every farm in the game.
Joe Jonas headlines the new Hay Day festival, while several emerging digital-first artists also appear as supporting acts. The festival lets you unlock a new farm cosmetic called the Cozy Jukebox decoration. It plays The Cozy Anthem and is a permanent keepsake.
Apart from listening to the track, you can also interact with it. From June 18th through June 30th, fans can create their own versions of The Cozy Anthem through a custom web experience and then share their remixes on TikTok.
The Birthday Music Festival revolves around floating musical notes that appear while you go about your usual farming routines. You can collect these notes by harvesting fields, feeding animals, completing truck orders, completing farm visitor requests, filling boat crates, spinning the Wheel of Fortune, and opening mystery boxes around the farm.
Every note you collect contributes to a global community objective. Each day also introduces a new community goal. If players work together and reach the target, everyone unlocks exclusive musical decorations. In total, you can earn 13 playable note-inspired decorations and keep them permanently.
