Work on 9th Dawn III, the latest sequel in the excellent Ultima-inspired open world RPG franchise, is well underway. But that hasn’t stopped Valorware from putting out yet another game in Throne Quest.
It’s out right now in beta and is also an open world RPG. It challenges you to delve into a world full of dungeons and forts, where you’ll battle vicious monsters for loot.
Throne Quest challenges you to steal the throne off a mighty demon boss
There’s over 150 different types of gear, ranging from weapons to potions, and you can seamlessly swap between the game’s 12 different classes. These range from standard RPG fare like warriors and mages to bards that can wield harps and guitars in combat.
Your goal is to claim the throne held by a mighty demon boss in the central castle. Not unlike Zelda: Breath of the Wild by the sounds of it!
So head on over to Google Play right now and grab Throne Quest. Bear in mind that it is a beta though, so you might experience the odd bug or imperfection. Controller support isn’t working right now, for example.
