Romancing SaGa 2, the mobile RPG port from Square Enix, has had its price dramatically reduced on Android. It normally costs $17.99, but you can pick it up right now for $2.99.
The game, which was recently followed up by the free-to-play Romancing SaGa Reuniverse – sorry, that should be Re;univerSe – was originally released in Japan in 1993.
It sees you playing as the Emperor or Empress of Varennes, ruling the kingdom with the help of the Treasurer and the Chancellor. When your ancestral seat of Avalon is attacked, you set out for revenge.
The campaign sees you assembling an army of Fighters while ruling your kingdom and doing classic RPG stuff.
