Bird-bothering board game adaptation Wingspan hasn’t been out on Android for that long, but dev Monster Couch has revealed that there’s some new DLC on the way.
It’s called the European Expansion, it’s already won awards in its physical form, and it’s bringing an entire new continent to the game. That’s pretty neat. Imagine all the extra birds. 81 extra birds, to be precise.
While you’re still trying to earn points in the expansion, it changes things up with new ways of scoring. There are new powers, skills and cards and you’ll need to rethink your strategies if you want to win. Which you will want to, because no one wants to be a loser.
There are new goals, new Automa cards and loads more. Plus European locations, new music and some extra cosmetic bits as well. It’s a big expansion, is what we’re trying to say.
We don’t know when the European Expansion is going to land exactly, but we do now that it’s going to be soon. We’ll let you know precisely when that is when we hear more.
