Saturday is carelessly stamping through the shattered rib-cage of Friday, celebrating its inevitable victory in the battle of time. Which means it’s time to round up the best games that have come out on the Play Store over the last seven days.
This week we’ve got point-and-click adventures, roguelite auto-chess mash-ups and long-range murder simulators. So if you fancy any of those, you’re definitely going to be in luck.

Unreal Life
A point-and-click pixel-art adventure that sees you playing as an amnesiac young girl who can only remember one thing. The game is also about connecting to objects and comparing the past and present to see what’s changed.
Pixel Shooter Infinity
A one-touch super retro blaster that sees you weaving through waves of enemies. You’re shooting if you’re moving, but shots cost energy that only recharges when you’re still. You’ll upgrade your ship as you play as well. This one is free with adverts.
Legal Dungeon
A weird game that sees you working your way through the archives of a police department to try and figure out who committed a series of crimes. There are multiple endings and achievements to unlock as well.
Irregular Recruits
An enticing mix of a roguelite, an auto-chess battler and a choose-your-own adventure. You’re recruiting units as you battle through a series of automatic scraps. There are choices to make, perma-death and loads more to sink your teeth into.
Hitman Sniper: The Shadows
A sequel to one of the best sniping games the Play Store has to offer. This time round you’ve got multiple shooters to choose from, loads more locations to snipe from and some extra frills thrown in too. It’s free with IAP.
