How Talents Work

Talents are a newer feature, allowing players to keep their primary Class and use Diamonds to roll a trait from another Class. This can be used to gain certain advantages and perks, but it doesn’t allow the player to completely merge two classes.

Instead, they’ll simply gain +1 passive from a class’s level tiers, or the starter item from the rolled Class. The rolled talent Class doesn’t have to be pre-owned by the user to appear in Talents.

Talent Odds

  • One Star: 58.82%
  • Two Star: 26.47%
  • Three Star: 11.76%
  • Four Star: 2.64%
  • Five Star: 0.29%

99 Nights in the Forest Best Class and Talent Build

Starting with your Class, you want this to be your main and most powerful aspect of the build. This is because Classes start you off with items in a new game, and have 3 levels to unlock new abilities. As mentioned, Talents only apply one enhancement, being either a passive from its level tiers or a starter item.

  • Class: CYBORG (600 Diamonds)
    • Starting Items: x1 Alien Armour, x1 Laser Cannon
    • Level 1: Excellent visibility at night. If Alientech overheats, armour lowers temporarily, and the player takes damage.
    • Level 2: Alientech deals increased damage.
    • Level 3: Kills restore some Alientech energy.
  • Talent: Alien Tech Recharges Faster (Passive from Alien Class)
    • This passive is part of the Alien Classes’ second tier of upgrades.

The Cyborg class is already well-renowned as one of the best in the game. It gives its host powerful armour and a high damage AoE weapon with infinite ammo, so long as it’s charged.

Its major downside is that one shot from its Laser Cannon consumes so much of the weapon’s stamina, and with the cooldown negatively affecting the host, its shots are designed to happen sparsely. However, with the Alien Classes’ passive that allows for faster recharging, nothing will step in the way of the Cyborg any longer!
