Update 5 is upon us, and it’s a race to get those precious new units and jump on the new content. And of course, with the update come the Anime Defenders update 5 codes. We’ve found them and put them right here, so you can spend less time searching and more time grinding.

Anime Defenders Update 5 Codes
First, let’s discuss the working codes, then we talk about how to use them. Finally, we talk about any other ways to get free stuff.
Working Codes
Here is where we put any active codes we found that are tied to the new update.
- athenyxlivex (New!)
- newrealmx (New!)
- megaupdatex (New!)
How To Redeem Codes
If you don’t know how to redeem the codes, we’ve included this reaction for you. Follow the instructions below to activate the promo and grab the rewards.
- Make sure you’re at least Level 5 before you try to redeem any codes. Get in and play some round.
- Once ready, head to the lobby.
- Tap the three dots in the top-left corner to open a drop-down menu.
- Hit Codes, the fourth option in the dropdown. This should open up a new window.
- Enter the codes into the text box in the window.
- Hit the blue Redeem codes button.
Other Ways To Get Rewards
If you’ve used all the codes, or you’re not at the right level yet, we’ve added a few other ways to get rewards without the hard work of playing rounds.
- AFK Zone – Look for the orange portal in the lobby. This takes you right to the AFK experience. In here, you passively rack up rewards the longer you’re in here. You don’t have to actively do anything to get stuff, so it’s great if you have other plans.
- Group – Join the Roblox group to get 500 Gems.
