Blox Fruits Pain Rework Guide

The Blox Fruits Pain Rework is the rehaul of the Pain Fruit, giving some new mechanics and pretty major changes to the fruit.

Pain Rework Mechanics

The key new mechanic with the Pain Rework is Pain Ghosts. These are glowing spirits that you can release with certain attacks. These inflict damage on an opponent if the opponent touches one. If you touch one, though? It will help fill your Pain Meter. The Pain Meter is key to the fruit. Once it’s full, you’ll get a crackling red aura, higher damage, and lower cooldowns for a certain amount of time.

The other key mechanic is that upon reaching 0 HP, you get a last stand, coming back in a powerful, buffed state where you can wreak havoc… but only until your Pain Meter runs out. Once it reaches the bottom, you’re properly dead. Still, at least you have some time to get revenge.
