Available as a starter toon, or 250 Ichor in the shop.

Abilities
- Wind Up – Gains a boost to speed on working an Ichor Machine based on how many other Toons are alive in the level, up to 48%.
Brightney
1250 Ichor from the shop, after you experience 5 Blackout events.

Abilities
- Night Light – Illuminate Twisteds during blackouts for 8 seconds.
Cosmo
1000 Ichor from the Shop once you own 4 or more other Toons.

Abilties
- Sharing Is Caring (Active Ability)
- Cosmo can gift one ❤ of his own health to another Toon. He cannot die through doing this, so cannot give away his last ❤. If he can restore his health he can donate again. This ability has a one-minute cooldown.
Finn
500 Ichor from the shop after finishing 15 Ichor machines.

- When a machine is completed, Finn gets a 33% Movement Speed boost for 10 seconds.

- When activated, Flutter shoots forward very fast. Has a 45 second cooldown.
Gigi
2000 Ichor from the shop after getting 50% Research on Twisted Gigi, and finding 45 items classed as Rare or higher.

- Fetch! – Highlights items in the area around the Toon.
- Survival Instincts – Gets a Stamina and Stealth boost on low health.
Poppy

- Comedy/ Tragedy – Gains a running speed boosts on odd-numbered floors (1,3,5,7 etc.) Gains a speed boost for operating machines on even-numbered floors. (2,4,6,8 etc.)
Rodger

Shelly
4250 Ichor from the shop when you have completed all Mastery Quests for Tisha and gotten 100% Research on Twisted Shelly.

Abilities
- Inspiration
- Activating Inspiration buffs another targeted Toon. This Toon gains an impressive 75% bonus on Extraction Speed for the next 15 seconds. Shelly can do this once every minute.
- Problem Solver
- A passive ability gives Shelly a 25% speed boost for 10 seconds after any Machines are completed.
Shrimpo
100 Ichor from The Shop.
- Health: 3
- Skill Check: 1
- Movement Speed: 1
- Stamina: 1
- Stealth: 1
- Extraction Speed: 1
Abilities
- Bully – Stealth is much lower than other Toons, meaning Shrimpo attracts more Twisted attention.
Tisha

Ability
- Tidy Up!
- An active ability that buffs the speed of all Toons in Tisha’s vicinity for 5 seconds. She can use this every 50 seconds. This can come in very handy if everyone needs to escape a really tenacious and dangerous Twisted, or to help the dash back to the elevator before time runs out.
Toodles
500 Ichor from The Shop after surviving 15 floors.

- Beginner’s Luck – Roll for a random stat boost.
